Colgate Luminous feedback to Colgate.

Feedback sent to Colgate today:

This product makes me - “Furious” (furious was an actual choice that I had)
Product - Colgate Luminous

Your “Stay-Clean Cap” stayed clean for about a month and a half, after that, it fell apart and made a mess of the toothpaste tube that it was the dispenser for. Not only did it not “stay-clean” it now makes more of a mess than any other tube of toothpaste I’ve ever used.

I have read other complaints of this on the internet and it makes me wnder if this product was properly tested. I am extremely upset as I paid a premium just to have the toothpaste that wasn’t going to make a mess, yet it has made a mess of my bathroom sink.
