The Archives!

For those of you whose stomach turns when hearing about super sappy love stuff, I suggest you stop reading.

So my wife cries when she gets super happy. That’s cool. I dance when I’m super happy.

It makes life better when you’re with someone who makes you appreciate everything from getting a health insurance card in the mail to when the meal you get at a new restaurant is super good. It feels like every day is a trip to Disney or like going to the Thanksgiving Day Parade when I’m with this woman. I think that’s the definition I will choose to give of love whenever I’m asked. Love is like going to Disney every day of your life, even if you’re headed towards downtown Bridgeport.

I so made the right choice in marrying her.

Getting a new job makes blogging difficult. Anyway…

So all of my TV shows are starting to cross over.

So apparently Missy Peregrym was busy over the summer. She’s the female lead in Reaper, but was also on Heroes. On Heroes she was the chick who was helping Sylar get back to his old self, but he ate her brain instead. Poor Missy. Between that and not being able to get the guy on Reaper, she’s leading one frustrated TV season thus far.

Mark Christopher Lawrence was also on Heroes, but instead of having any powers, he’s the boss over at the Burger Bonanza. He’s a good enough boss that e was also cast on NBC’s Chuck as the boss too. Personally I think he’s better as Big Mike from the Buy More, but work’s work.

Occasionally I can’t really make a distinction between Chuck and Reaper. I like ‘em both, but the premise is basically the same. Take a dorky/geeky guy working in a giant retail outlet, give him a witless best friend, put him opposite a hot girl and also put him in extraordinary circumstances, watch the hilarity ensue. I enjoy both shows but Chuck is clearly the superior show thanks to The Man They Call Jane/Adam Baldwin.

That’s all. Nothing meaningful, just TV show cameos.

And another note: I don’t like Veronica Mars but not Veronica Mars on Heroes. That is all.
